Dr Masoud Khakdaman is an assistant professor of logistics and supply chain management at Abu Dhabi University. He holds a PhD from Delft University of Technology and a master’s in supply chain management from MIT-Malaysia. With 18 years of experience in academia and industry, Dr Khakdaman has worked in manufacturing, automotive, transportation, retail, and oil and gas. His expertise spans business intelligence, supply chain strategy, demand and revenue management, transportation, sourcing, and operations planning. Dr Khakdaman’s research and teaching focus on optimizing supply chain systems and fostering innovation in logistics.
